At WD Farm Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to work with you to make it right.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition they were received.
Products should include any original packaging, tags, manuals, or accessories when applicable.
Items that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or customer modification are not eligible for return.

Items Not as Described or Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed:

We will provide a full refund or replacement, based on your preference and product availability.
We will cover the cost of return shipping.
Any original shipping charges paid will also be refunded.

Photos of the item and packaging will be requested to help us process your claim.

Changed Your Mind?

If you decide you no longer want an item, ordered the wrong product, or simply changed your mind, we still accept returns.

For these returns:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The item must be returned in its original condition before a refund is issued.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
